What probably is one of the best places for waffles in Klang Valley at the moment - Fluffed Cafe & Dessert Bar has got their menu done right!

Fluffed has successfully gone from "the new kid on the block" to one of the sought-after cafes in Klang Valley since its inception just over a year ago. Known for their signature cloud cakes and artisanal waffles - this place is usually packed after 8PM! One can hardly expect a seat on the weekends.

Snoopy & Peanut. * Iced Honey Lemon.

I've been a huge peanut butter fan even before I learned how to ride a bike! Not that my learning how to ride a bike at the age of 16 has anything to do with my love for peanut butter - haha. Like, I legit love peanut butter in all my desserts!

Pictured above is one of their selections - Snoopy & Peanut. Served on a warm charcoal waffle, this bad boy comes with bananas, homemade peanut butter ice cream, peanut butter sauce, and nuts! It's truly a dessert made for me. I suppose they could have kicked it up a notch if they had grilled the bananas first - or maybe even grilled caramelised bananas!

Their Iced Honey Lemon was really well made too - it was perfectly balanced between sour and sweet. Which is really hard to find in an iced honey lemon nowadays.

We did not get a chance to try their cloud cakes - because we were still quite full from lunch. But their cloud cakes is known to be a signature and putting two and two together - I suppose that's where they get their name 'Fluffed' because their cakes are so soft and fluffy, it's like biting onto a piece of cloud!
